DESCRIPTION:Friends\,\nOur goal is to make sure there are enough Megillah r
 eadings to ensure everyone can hear the Megillah in a safe and halakhicall
 y appropriate way. As mentioned in an earlier communication\, we will be o
 ffering both indoor and outdoor readings. In order to make this sign up as
  simple as possible (to both fill in and to process in the office) please 
 note the following:\n\n 	\nFill in this form for&nbsp\;each and every pers
 on. (i.e. every member of your family who is attending should have a separ
 ate form filled out.)\n\n 	\nWe are restricting choices to only&nbsp\;outd
 oor and&nbsp\;indoor. If you select indoor\, we will first fill the Sanctu
 ary before creating an additional reading in the gym.\n\n 	\nAll COVID pro
 tocols (masks\, social distancing\, etc.) will be enforced at all readings
