The Ellenberg Experience Kosher Food Truck will be at Congregation BIAV on the evening of Wednesday August 5, 2026 from 5 – 8 PM. Indoor and outdoor seating will be available.
- All items are certified Glatt kosher by the Vaad HaKashruth of Kansas City; all meat is Shor Habor.
- The menu and prices are listed here are for pre-orders; orders may also be placed on-site. Pre-ordering will close at 12 noon on Monday, August 3.
- Payment by cash, check, or credit card will be accepted on-site at the event. Note that all sales are subject to 9.35% food tax; and credit card payments are subject to a 3.25% processing fee.
- A portion of our sales will go to Congregation BIAV.
